Great food and beautiful grounds.
The mosquitoes were unbearable. I had to deal with them in my room and the common areas, ruining my relaxation. The access road to the hotel is a nightmare. It took forever to get to downtown. Taxis were expensive and difficult to find.

Relaxing overall experience. Fairly clean hotel with very attentive staff and fabulous food. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. The stunning location for the price, adjacent to the true rural Tanzania with friendly people, interesting landscapes, the real life, a very refined tropical garden and the airport.

All the details, none of the fluff
A beautiful boutique gem at the foot of Kilimanjaro! My stay in a Beautiful Double Room was lovely, boasting spacious, pristine accommodations and a good pool area. Klaus, the charming owner, prepared gourmet breakfasts and offered great service. The intimate vibe and picturesque views made it special. Can't wait to return!

A good stay offered spacious rooms with fine views of Mount Kilimanjaro, made mornings magical. The pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere. Really good service from the staff, especially Klaus, who ensured every meal was a culinary delight. The mosquitoes in the evening were bothersome, and the access road to the hotel could use improvement. The ambiance and hospitality were noteworthy.
